Miller & Carter has 16 restaurants open in the North West, from Manchester city centre to Liverpool, Warrington, Wigan, Southport and the Fylde coast. Chester is closed for refurbishment until 24 October 2026. Prices span all five bands: a rump 9oz costs £26.25 to £27.25.
In Manchester, Liverpool (Albert Dock and Otterspool), Southport (Ainsdale), Ellesmere Port, Warrington (Lowton and Warrington), Wigan (Parbold), Ashton-under-Lyne, Bury (Greenmount), Stockport (Heaton Chapel), Crewe, Middlewich, Aughton, Lytham St Annes and Poulton-le-Fylde, plus Chester when it reopens.
Liverpool shows how much prices vary: Albert Dock is in Band 5, the dearest, and Otterspool in Band 1, the cheapest, so the same fillet 8oz costs £2 more at Albert Dock. Manchester is Band 5, Crewe and Greenmount Band 1, Ainsdale, Aughton and Middlewich Band 2, and Heaton Chapel and Lytham St Annes Band 4.
Aughton and Heaton Chapel have hotel rooms. Wilmslow is no longer a Miller & Carter: its address now serves a Browns. There is no restaurant in Preston; Poulton-le-Fylde and Lytham St Annes are the brand's Lancashire coast sites.
