Miller & Carter Allergen Menu
Miller & Carter does not publish an allergen PDF. Its online menus list the 14 major allergens for each dish, and every restaurant has an allergen guide on site. Below is every à la carte dish with what it contains and what it may contain, from Miller & Carter's own menu data, checked 15 Oct 2026. Always tell your server about an allergy before you order.

Where is the Miller & Carter allergen menu?
Online, each dish on Miller & Carter's menus has an "Allergen & Nutrition" pop-up and an allergen filter. In the restaurant, staff hold an allergen guide. There is no separate allergen PDF.
Miller & Carter's FAQ asks guests to "always refer to the allergen guide available on-site during your visit to ensure the most up-to-date information", because recipes change. Mitchells & Butlers also runs an estate allergen guide at allergens.mbplc.io. The printed menus add that food is prepared in areas where cross contamination may occur and that menu descriptions do not include all ingredients.
