Miller & Carter prices vary by restaurant (its menus say so, and it publishes several price bands). No single national price list exists, so we name the restaurant every price comes from instead of printing a vague range. The homepage also compares the same dishes at other restaurants, so you can see how far prices move.
Every price table carries its capture date. If your restaurant's menu or bill disagrees with us, the restaurant is right. Where a price is not published, we show it as missing and say why. We never estimate a price.
Where do our calories come from?

Miller & Carter updates its menus during the year (the current menu replaced the 2025 menus, which are still online as PDFs) and runs set menus that stop for Christmas. When we refresh, the dates on each table change too, so you can always see how current a figure is.
