Yes. A card is valid for 24 months from the later of the last time money was loaded onto it and the last time it was spent.
So every top-up or spend restarts the 24 months. In Scotland, the brand notes that some voucher and alcohol promotions can differ under the Licensing (Scotland) Act 2005.
