What can vegans eat at Miller & Carter?
Start with spiced cauliflower wings or Padrón peppers, have the Sunshine Plant Burger, add onion loaf or chargrilled vegetables, and finish with the caramelised biscuit torte or sorbet.
Classic sides marked vegan include the onion loaf, chargrilled vegetables, heritage tomato and rocket salad, baby new potatoes, sautéed greens and seasoned fries, and the classic vinaigrette is the vegan wedge dressing.
